Teens are invited to wet room 1 at on Tuesday afternoons for a cartooning class. Participants will further their love for drawing and storytelling as well as their sense of humor during this class.
There is a $62 fee for members of the community center, $70 fee for Manassas Park residents, and $80 fee for non-Manassas Park residents. Teen Passport holders have free admission.
