Seniors are invited to to learn some helpful tips and advice from nurses, dieticians, and professionals once a month. Topics that will be discussed include "Secrets of the Wellderly", "4 W's of Senior Care", and "Aging at Home."
Enjoy the topics and also get the change to learn how to cook some delicious meals that each have their own topic like "Heart Healthy Meals", "Diabetic Diets", and "Low Salt/Stroke Prevention Cooking."
This is free for Passport Members and $2 for drop-ins. Passport memberships are $25 a month and allow free access to all of the Senior Programs.
