Muscle Conditioning Group Fitness Class

Every Monday,  offers a 50 minute muscle conditioning group fitness class led by a trained instructor.  The class alternates between conventional Aerobic and Anaerobic kickboxing training methods.  Some of the activities you can expect to see in a class are aerobic conditioning, hi/lo, step, cardio kickboxing, and plyometrics.  The instructor will use dumbbells, body bars, floor exercises, stability balls, and resistance bands during the classes in order to help you sculpt and strengthen your whole body. 

You can sign up for the class for $41 a month for Community Center members, $45 for Manassas Park residents, or $53 for non-residents. Members of the Community Center can also drop in for $3 and non-members can drop in for $4.
