Every Tuesday, offers a senior strength and sculpt class led by a trained instructor. This class is designed to help senior improve their endurance and strength. The instructor will use a variety of Aerobic and Anaerobic exercises. They will also use medicine balls, dumbbells, exercise bands, and stability balls throughout this low impact class.
This is free for Passport Members and $2 for drop-ins. Passport memberships are $25 a month and allow free access to all of the Senior Programs.
