Frugal Family: July 20 Edition

2. For the smallest of the bunch is a Whale Baby Pool at a steal of $4.99 and available at both Manassas Target locations.

3. Twelve packs of Pepsi, Mountain Dew and other select soda cans are three for $10 at CVS Pharmacy in Manassas. Plus, customers can earn $3 ExtraCare bucks!

4. It's as fun as a ball, but much cooler.  The beach ball sprinkler is only $8 at Manassas Walmart locations.
