Unclaimed Powerball Ticket Bought In Manassas Park Expires Soon
The winning ticket, purchased at the 7-Eleven at 9101 Andrew Dr. in Manassas Park, is worth $50,000.

MANASSAS PARK, VA — Virginia Lottery officials are encouraging area residents to give old Powerball tickets one last glance because a winning, unclaimed ticket sold in Manassas Park is about to expire.
According to the Virginia Lottery, the Manassas Park ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven located at 9101 Andrew Dr. The ticket contained four of the following winning numbers, plus the Powerball number, from the April 20 Powerball drawing: 3, 27, 30, 63, 65 and Powerball number 1.
Winning, unclaimed tickets worth $50,000 also were sold in Chesapeake and Danville. By law, winning tickets in Virginia expire 180 days after the drawing.

According to lottery officials, the Manassas Park ticket expires at 5 p.m. Oct. 17. Whomever has the winning ticket should contact the Virginia Lottery immediately or present the ticket at the nearest Virginia Lottery Customer Service Center.
All unclaimed lottery prizes, by law, go to Virginia’s Literary Fund, which provides low interest loans to localities for public school construction, renovations and technology upgrades.
