Attempted Robbery Reported at Tysons Corner Center
The suspect grabbed a female victim in a parking garage and demanded money, but the victim resisted and the suspect fled.

A shopper at Tysons Corner Center reported an attempted robbery to Fairfax County Police earlier this week.
The victim told police she was walking to her car in the mall’s parking garage along the 1900 block of Chain Bridge Road on Wednesday when a man approached her from behind. The man grabbed the victim and demanded money, but the victim resisted and the suspect fled.
The victim was not injured after the incident.

She described the suspect as light-skinned Hispanic in his 20s. He was clean shaven and wearing a white shirt and a hat and was carrying a black backpack.
