Baby Deer Rescued By Officers In Great Falls
The fawn got stuck in the window well of a home, according to police.

GREAT FALLS, VA—Officers came to the rescue of a baby deer needing a helping hand in Great Falls recently.
Fairfax County Police shared details of the rescue on social media. The fawn had fallen into the window well of a Great Falls home. One of the officers jumped into the window well and handed the fawn to another officer.
Photos posted to social media showed the young animal appearing to be ok. Officers guided the fawn into nearby shrubs until her mother returned.
