Tysons Corner Wine & Gourmet Opens New Boutique Wine and Gourmet Shop in McLean
New locally owned shop brings uncommon wines from around the world together with gourmet foods, specialty gifts and custom wine-and-floral gift baskets
MCLEAN, VA — September 14, 2026 — Tysons Corner Wine & Gourmet, a new locally owned boutique wine and gourmet shop, has opened its doors at 1984 Chain Bridge Road in Tysons Corner offering Northern Virginia customers a thoughtfully curated alternative to the traditional wine store. Operating under a Virginia ABC license, the shop is built around the idea of "uncommon wines from around the world" — a collection chosen for quality, value and story rather than sheer volume.
Alongside approachable customer favorites, the wine list features small-producer and lesser-known bottles from regions rarely found on local shelves, including Georgia, Greece, Turkey, Armenia and Portugal, as well as classic selections from France, Italy, Spain and more. The shop also carries a growing selection of gourmet foods, chocolates, cheeses, crackers and specialty pantry items chosen to complement its wines.
"We wanted to create the kind of wine shop we would want to visit ourselves — somewhere approachable, beautifully curated and personal," said Mia Flora, owner of Tysons Corner Wine & Gourmet. "You don't have to be a wine expert to come in. A gifting destination, not just a wine shop Tysons Corner Wine & Gourmet is a sister concept to MyFlorist, the McLean-based florist that has served the DMV area since 1989. That connection lets the shop combine wine, gourmet foods and fresh flowers into custom gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarmings, holidays and corporate occasions — with ready-to-gift options or fully customized baskets at a range of price points.
