“Tyson's Corner is an exciting area with a culinary scene that’s on the rise, making it a natural fit for Founding Farmers,” Dan Simons, managing partner of the farm, stated in a press release.

The restaurant will house an in-house butcher studio to allow chefs to receive and prepare cuts to menu specifications. The restaurant’s other locations boast LEED certifications, which means that building standards are eco-friendly, according to the company’s website.
