Group Caught With $10K In Fraudulent Purchases In Tysons
Police believe the suspects used stolen credit cards to buy over $10,000 in merchandise.

TYSONS, VA—Fairfax County Police have made arrests after finding over $10,000 in fraudulent purchases outside Tysons Galleria on New Year's Day.
Around 4:26 p.m., officers on the Christmas Anti-Theft Team were notified of potential credit card fraud in a store. A loss prevention officer told police the woman in question had used fraudulent credit cards at a Maryland store as well.
Police contacted the victim of the credit card fraud, who lives in California while identifying other suspects. Two men and two women were arrested at their car, where police found the $10,000 in merchandise.

Han Lin, 34, of New York was charged with three counts of credit card theft, two counts of credit card fraud, and identity fraud. Chaojun Shao, 34, of New York, was charged with three counts of credit card theft, two counts of credit card fraud, receiving stolen goods and identity fraud. Shousheng Wang, 33, of New York, was charged with two counts of credit card theft and credit card fraud. Xiabing Lin, 34, of New York, was charged with conspire to commit credit card fraud. Additional charges are pending.
