All Ramps From The Capital Beltway To GW Parkway Reopened After Crash In McLean
All lanes of the GW Parkway have and I-495 ramps reopened after being closed several hours on Friday morning due to a crash with injuries.

MCLEAN, VA — All lanes of traffic on the George Washington Parkway in Virginia and the ramps to the parkway from the Capital Beltway/I-495 reopened to traffic around 12 noon after being closed several hours, according to a post on the Virginia Department of Transportation's official Twitter account.
The parkway was blocked between the Capital Beltway/I-495 and Route 123 due to an early morning crash with an injury, according to a 5:51 a.m. Twitter post by the Metropolitan Area Transportation Operations Coordination program.
For a time, both lanes of traffic on the parkway were closed and VDOT blocked the ramps to the parkway coming from the Capital Beltway.

Crash with Injury. George Washington Parkway SB before VA-123. Fairfax County, VA. All lanes are blocked between the Capital Beltway and VA-123. Follow police directions in the area. Delays are building in both directions. Extended closure expected.
