AOL co-founder and former CEO Steve Case is selling Jackie Kennedy's childhood home, and the asking price is $49.5 million. The property has been a well-known location to host presidents, business leaders, artists and more. It would break a record for the most expensive property sold in the area at the price of $49.5 million.

2. $7.1M Irish-Inspired Castle Is Being Sold In McLean

This $7.1 million McLean home is a dream come true, taking inspiration from Ireland's castles. The home boasts a number of luxurious amenities, such as a pool, hot tub and elevator, just to name a few.
