NYC-Style French Fry Chain Sets Its Sights On NoVA Location: Report

New York Fries, a fast-food chain specializing in serving NYC-style fries and hot dogs, aims to bring a franchise to one NoVA retail center.

TYSONS, VA — A fast-food chain specializing in serving NYC-style fries and hot dogs is hoping to expand to retail centers in a number of U.S. markets, including the greater Washington, D.C. area, according to reports.

One of the locations New York Fries is interested in is Tysons Corner Center, according to the Washington Business Journal.

"Customers can order their fries naked, served up with a selection of dips or topped with options including pulled pork poutine and chili cheese," WBJ reports. "The chain also serves up hot dogs, which can also be ordered plain or topped."

Prospective franchisees take note: The Canadian-based company charges a franchise fee of $30,000 and setting up a store can cost around $368,800 to $442,700, according to WBJ's reporting.
