Police Trying to Track Down Brazen Grocery Store Thief
Multiple felony warrants have been issued for a man who allegedly fills up grocery carts and flees.

Police in the Franconia and McLean police districts of Fairfax County are looking for a man who has been filling up grocery carts and then bolting out of the store.
Police believe that 52-year-old Isom Cooper of Washington, D.C. may have been responsible for multiple thefts from grocery stores in the county and in other jurisdictions, according to a police statement.
"Cooper enters the stores, fills grocery carts with items and then flees without paying," the statement reads. "He is known to operate a green Oldsmobile Alero and possibly a blue Hyundai Elantra. He might have changed the license plates on the vehicles."

Police have issued multiple felony warrants for him. He is described as black, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and 195 pounds. He may or may not wear eye glasses. In some cases, a younger black female has been with him. She is described as in her 30s, about 140 pounds and about 5 feet 1 inch tall.
