Tysons Corner Shooting: Woman Charged With Murder Of Juvenile
One juvenile was killed and another seriously injured late Sunday night in Tysons Corner.

TYSONS CORNER, VA—Police say one juvenile is dead and another injured after a shooting in Tysons Corner Sunday night.
Around 10:15 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an apartment in the 1500 block of Lincoln Circle where two victims had been shot. One victim was taken to the hospital and remains in life-threatening condition. The other was pronounced dead on scene. Police are not identifying the victims because they are juveniles.
Veronica Youngblood, 33, of McLean, was charged with murder and is being held without bond. Police did not say whether the victims and suspect knew each other.

Youngblood was arrested within an hour when she showed up to an acquaintance's door in Loudoun County. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office took her into custody, and she was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center. Authorities recovered a gun when she was arrested.

A motive has not yet been identified. Detectives continue to investigate the events leading to the shooting. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will identify the cause and manner of death.
