MCLEAN, VA—A woman is being held without bond after bringing a loaded gun to the CIA headquarters in Langley last Friday.

According to court documents, Beth Huth drove up to the CIA entrance around 5 p.m. Friday, April 13, passing signs warning of possessing weapons at a government facility.

When a security security officer stopped her, she displayed a handwritten note. When asked if she was carrying anything illegal, she searched her purse. The officer told her to stop and asked what she was searching for, to which she wrote "gun."

The officer searched her bag and found a loaded 9mm pistol containing four rounds of ammunition in the magazine, one in the chamber and another magazine with five rounds, according to an affidavit. She also was wearing a wig and had a passport, $100,000 in cash and directions from Ohio to Langley.

In court, prosecutors said Huth is a danger and a flight risk and experiences mental health issues, The Washington Post reported. She is charged with one count of possessing a weapon at a federal agency.
