It’s all due to a video of her that made the rounds in which the multi-instrumentalist, all by her lonesome, covers Nirvana’s “Heart-Shaped Box” brilliantly using loops, effects, and a mini-keyboard. “It was seriously just a one-take, practice-run kind of a deal...which is really crazy,” the native Hawaiian told ELLE.com of the viral video which has been watched nearly one million times.
