Assistance League Hosts Information Session

Members of Assistance League of Northern Virginia were on hand at its recent Volunteer Recruitment open house to showcase for attendees the impressive array of philanthropic programs that the charity provides to students at 11 elementary schools in the region. Visitors could examine examples of Assistance League’s programs while talking to members about the effects of those programs in easing some of the need throughout Northern Virginia. The nonprofit’s members discussed the chapter’s history, explained its four major programs, and answered visitors’ questions.
