Community Drumming Circle (Aug.26)
Bring your drums, rattles, etc. and be prepared to participate in a joyful, experiential event!
Unity of Fairfax is holding its quarterly Drumming Circle on Friday, August 26, beginning at 7:00 pm. Participants are invited to bring any percussion instruments they may have, and additional equipment will be available.
From meditative to the roaring thunder of rhythm, drumming is effective in releasing stress and facilitating peace, communion, and a meditative state. We will IMPROV play with and without music meditatively with our heart beat and building to a groov'n funky cool to connect with one another and with All Life.
