Supervisor Smyth is delighted to host the 2010 Providence District VolunteerFest® on October 23 in conjunction with Volunteer Fairfax's County-wide VolunteerFest® and National Make a Difference Day. The week long 2010 Providence VolunteerFest projects will kick off at the Sixth Annual Merrifield Festival on October 16 at Luther Jackson Middle School, 3020 Gallows Road, Falls Church - 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year's October 23rd highlight project is Troop Treats: care packages for our soldiers serving abroad.
