WHAT-NOTS in Oakton, VA that specializes in unique vintage furniture, rugs and accessories to spice up your home decor and office, is offering a Beginners Sewing Class, starting Saturday, September 15th in the shop's cafe on the 2nd floor. Sewing machines will be provided or you may bring your own.
Learn the Basics of sewing by choosing 3 projects to complete within the 5 week class, from pillows to drapes to whatever you wish. We will be taught by Master Quilter and Seamstress, Sharon Tildon, whose attention to detail and the creative will no doubt be an inspirational force.
The 5-week course will cost $130 and students can pay the fee on the first day, Saturday 15, 2012, at 10am to 12pm, in the shop's cafe. Please call to register: 703-938-0385. This course will be repeated through December 2012.
