A Prom Dress Giveaway is being sponsored by Empower Me Pretty Inc. on Saturday April 21st from 12noon to 4:30pm at Key Middle School & Center (Entrance #1), 6402 Franconia Road, Springfield, Va. 22150. Dress and gowns are on a first come, first serve basis. A high school ID is required. Door prizes, makeover and hair consultants will be available.
