Ayr Hill Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale May 7, 2011 at the side lawn of the Freeman Store, 131 Church Street NE, Vienna. The hours of the sale are 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We will be offering for sale perennials which we know do well in our area, as they are plants from our gardens. We will also have a selection of tomatoes and annuals we have started from seed. The proceeds from the sale provide funding for the five public gardens Ayr Hill Garden Club maintains in the Town of Vienna. This includes the landmark garden at the intersection of the W&OD Trail and Maple Avenue, in central Vienna, which has been continuously maintained by Ayr Hill Garden Club since 1981.
