At Vale Club's November 8th meeting, Smart Markets founder, Jean Janssen, will explain the many benefits of buying local produce and meats – preparing healthier meals for our families, supporting the environment, and shopping economically. Also, Chef Annie will prepare three recipes, which we will sample. If you are in a “recipe rut,” Annie will inspire you to get excited about cooking in a new way with seasonal ingredients.
