Fairfax Teacher Accused Of Sexual Relationship With Student
An Oakton man was charged for alleged sexual conduct with a Fairfax High School student.

FAIRFAX, VA — A Fairfax High School teacher is accused of a sexual relationship with a student, according to Fairfax County Police.
Daniel Kim, 29, of Oakton was arrested Wednesday and charged with indecent liberties by a custodian. He is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond.
Detectives began investigating when the student disclosed information about alleged unlawful sexual conduct with Kim within the last two months. The school district's website identifies Kim as a math teacher. Acting principal Maureen Keck told families in a letter that Kim was suspended from the position.
