Jeanne Jolly

North Carolina singer/songwriter Jeanne Jolly, who “melds folksy, soulful country with heavenly, heartfelt lyricism” (News & Observer) and “can easily shift to the dusky lilt of Alison Krauss or the sophisticated jazz phrasing of Ricki Lee Jones” (Missoulian) kicks off her summer tour June 19 at Jammin’ Java in Vienna, VA.

The nine-city Northeast tour will showcase songs from her 2012 album, Angels, which debuted in the Top 15 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart, selections from her six-song EP, Falling In Carolina (2010), and songs from her as-yet-to-be-titled forthcoming album slated for later this year.

In 2013, Jolly toured the U.S. playing over 100 shows, including 15 festivals. She has shared the stage with artists including Rodney Crowell, Emmylou Harris, Billy Joe Shaver, Sam Bush, Scott Miller, Maura O’Connell, Chuck Mead, Chuck Prophet, and Chatham County Line.
