Man with Knife Arrested on Oakton Elementary School Property
Teachers noticed the man walking through a field on school property wielding a knife when they contacted police.

Teachers at Oakton Elementary School noticed a man armed with a knife wandering through a field outside the school but on school property Thursday afternoon, and promptly reported it to Fairfax County Police.
Authorities responded to the school at approximately 12:35 p.m. and found a blue 2007 Toyota station wagon parked on the side of the road behind the school. The vehicle was running but empty.
Police then found the man in question, 32-year-old William James Przystup, of Oakton, lying in tall grass behind the school, still maintaining a knife on his person.

Przystup was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon on school property. He is currently being held at an adult detention center without bond.
