Oakton Gymnastics took fifth place at the Concorde District gymnastics meet at Centreville High School on Feb. 2 but fail to advance to the Northern Region Competition. Chantilly placed first, Robinson second, Westfield third, Centreville fourth and Herndon sixth. The top two teams from each district go to regionals which are scheduled to be held at Lake Braddock Secondary School on Feb. 10.
Oakton's Hanna Marple placed eighth in Bars and eighth in Floor, while teammate Taylor Manley placed seventh in Bars.
