Alexandria Man Charged For Sexual Assault In Arlington: Police
Police say the man inappropriately touched a woman inside a mall store.
ARLINGTON, VA—Arlington County Police have arrested an Alexandria man for an alleged sexual assault inside a store at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City over the weekend.
Police were called to the mall in the 1100 block of S. Hayes Street at around 5:42 p.m. on Friday, May 25 after security requested police assistance. The female victim was inside a store when the male suspect brushed against her and touched her inappropriately, police say.
The man fled before police arrived but was located returning to the store while units were still on scene. Investigations revealed the man was also wanted out of Fairfax County.

Police charged 24-year-old Sterling Flowers of Alexandria with sexual battery. He is being held without bond.
