ALEXANDRIA, VA — Five-year-old Billie Jean will want to be your constant companion. The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria says Billie Jean ā€œis a gentle and affectionate dog who has lived with men, women, and a teenager in a previous home.ā€

She's a pup who loves people, not so much other dogs. Billie Jean would prefer to be in a home where she can be your one and only.

The 63-pound pooch's other loves include tug, fetch and of course, dinner time. Then, ā€œshe loves to snuggle up on the sofa after playtime.ā€ If you think Billie Jean could be the one for you, you're in luck: thanks to a donor, Billie Jean's adoption fees have been paid.
