Alexandria's BRABO Teaming Up with Guest Chefs Through October

Alexandria’s BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier restaurant, helmed by Chef Harper McClure, is hosting a series of guest chefs through October.

Chefs will join McClure, a 2015 RAMMY finalist in the Rising Star chef category, in the kitchen and together they’ll work culinary magic.

Chef Tim Ma kicked off the series with McClure last week. Ma helms Arlington Water & Wall and Vienna’s Maple Ave.

“It’s a reunion of sorts for chefs who once cooked at Vidalia, like RJ, Nick and John,” McClure recently told Bisnow.

Six more dinners are scheduled. All kick off at 7 p.m.:

Wednesday, May 13: RJ Cooper (Rogue 24, Gypsy Soul)
Wednesday, June 10: Nick Sharpe (After Peacock Room)
Wednesday, July 8: Erik Bruner-Yang (Toki Underground, Maketto)
Wednesday, Aug. 12: The Wiedmaier Group
Wednesday, Sept. 9: Todd Gray (Equinox)
Wednesday, Oct. 14: John Melfi (The Oval Room)
