Aslin Beer Company Opens Brewery And Taproom In Alexandria
Originally based out of Herndon, Aslin Beer Company now has a production facility and taproom in Alexandria.
ALEXANDRIA, VA — Aslin Beer Company, a brewery originally based out of Herndon, has set up shop in Alexandria. The brewery and taproom is open at 847 South Pickett Street.
According to Northern Virginia Magazine, the brewery has not operated a taproom for over two years. Its original location in Herndon is currently only offering to-go sales.
Meanwhile, the new Alexandria location has a production facility and taproom, as well as event space and to-go sales. The brewery is offering over a dozen beers on draft. While the brewery is not able to fill growlers and crowlers yet, they will be available for purchase later in the summer.

A food truck provides grub from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Outside alcoholic beverages and food are not allowed.
The taproom takes a "family-friendly" approach, allowing children until 7 p.m. After that, guests must be 21 and over. Dogs are not allowed.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Aslin Beer Company will celebrate its fourth anniversary later this summer. For more information, visit www.aslinbeer.com.
