King Street Cats' Cat of the Week: Mao

What a handsome boy! Mao came to us when his family took him to a local shelter to have him put down because they couldn't care for him any more.

The shelter called us and we welcomed him with open arms. We know it's tough out there for many pet owners but we don't want to see pets "disposed of" because of the economy. We will help keep cats in their homes with food and supplies donated to us by very generous supporters.
