QUARTERLY 7pm: Slam Alexandria hosted by Shelly Bell, a seasonal poetry slam held in Old Town Alexandria, VA sponsored by the Northern VA Fine Arts Association. ADMISSION: FREE! OPEN MIC from 7pm-8pm musicians, singers, poets, storytellers, and other community members are welcomed to perform or just enjoy. The poetry slam starts at 8pm, slammers sign up at 7:30pm, cash prize awarded to first place winner. The Athenaeum, 201 Prince St, Alexandria, VA

Round 1: Musical Chairs
Round 2: Personification Play
Round 3: Picture Poem
Round 4: Anything goes including props and/or costumes
