Join us as we hold the space to celebrate the feminine through a gong and crystal bowl sound bath. Feminine qualities include: intuition, empathy, generosity, nurturing, creativity, collaborative, caring, receptive, grateful, and life-giving.
In this relaxing 90 minute experience we will gently movement move the body in preparation to lie down. Followed by a short guided meditation and an extended sound bath to support all things feminine.
