DC Stabbing Leads To Charge For Alexandria Man
Police arrested an Alexandria man during an altercation that led to a stabbing in DC's Dupont Circle neighborhood.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — An Alexandria man was arrested for a non-fatal stabbing in Washington, DC last Thursday.
The stabbing happened during a physical altercation in the 2100 block of P Street NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood around 10:54 p.m. Thursday. According to Metropolitan Police, the suspect stabbed the victim with a knife and was arrested by responding officers.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Aaron Liverpool, 32, of Alexandria, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Police did not say what led to the altercation.
