Easter Weekend Weather in Alexandria

Don’t let a muggy Friday of April showers fool you, this Easter weekend should turn out to be pleasant, with sunny skies and temperatures climbing to 70 degrees by Monday.

The National Weather Service is calling for showers, and possibly a thunderstorm, into Friday night. The chance of showers should continue until early Saturday.

Then, the skies are expected to clear, with a high Saturday of 60 degrees and sunny and 63 degrees on Easter Sunday.

Temperatures Monday will hit 70 degrees before rain returns midweek.
