7 Sopranos at "A Convergence Christmas"

The 7 Sopranos, a Washington, D.C. -based musical ensemble which delights audiences with renditions of everything from opera to Broadway show tunes, will be performing at “A Convergence Christmas” on Saturday, Dec. 3rd at Convergence: A Creative Community of Faith, in Alexandria. The show, which is open to the public, starts at 4 p.m. and tickets cost $15. Convergence is located at 1801 N. Quaker Lane, Alexandria, VA.

“A Convergence Christmas” is an annual holiday concert and celebration featuring sacred Christmas music performed by the 7 Sopranos with harpist Mark Martin, and a dramatic reading of “The Gift of the Magi,” by Convergence studio artist Rusty Lynn. The grand finale will be a sing-a-long of favorite Christmas carols, followed by a free reception for “Considering Incarnation,” a new exhibit by artist and director of the Luce Center for the Arts and Religion at Wesley Theological Seminary, Deborah Sokolove.
