Tommy Fallon was the first countertenor winner in the 1992 Luciano Pavarotti Competition in Philadelphia, and also the winner of the 1994 Alfredo Kraus Competition in the Canary Islands, and the 1995 Maria Callas Competition in Athens, Greece.
