The status of short-term, mid-term, and long-term solutions for traffic mitigation around the BRAC complex at Mark Center will be discussed, including VDOT’s plans to seek a Categorical Exclusion from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in connection with the proposed direct access ramp at I-395 and Seminary Road.
