Democratic Caucus to Determine the Nominee for the Special Election in the 45th House of Delegates District

For those in the 45th House of Delegates District, a special election has been called to fill the seat vacated by Del. David Englin.  This caucus will be to determine the Democratic nominee to run in that special election.
