Major landowners and developers within the Beauregard Small Area Plan boundaries will host this community meeting. Major topics of discussion will include: transportation and traffic mitigation and land use framework (e.g., land uses, building heights, neighborhood structure, open space block sizes), and there will be a recap of environment, stormwater and open space.
