The Singers' Project/DCFMC (District of Columbia Federation of Music Clubs) will present Rossini's Stabat Mater with Orchestra, Chorus and Soloists. This exciting work is being performed in the majestic Memorial Theater of the George Washington National Masonic Memorial. This concert will rival any concert you would enjoy at the Kennedy Center with the Rossini Orchestra being comprised of members from the elite United States Army Band, Orchestra, Strolling Strings, Field Band, as well as professional musicians. The Chorus consists of a complement from the 100-voice Metropolitan-Arlington Chorus; with Four Soloists, all accomplished in their respective vocal fach.
