To commemorate Black History Month, the Alexandria Human Rights Commission will host a screening of the film “ The Ground Beneath Our Feet: Massive Resistance” and host a panel discussion about the massive resistance in the South following the Supreme Court ruling to desegregate schools.
The film screening is free and open to the public.
