The theme of this event is "The artist with...," and will feature visual and performing artists from A.C.P.S.
The Youth Arts Festival is spearheaded by the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority in partnership with the ACPS Center for the Arts K-12; Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities; Alexandria Commission for the Arts; Northern Virginia Urban League; and The Campagna Center.
