Actually this should really be called The Accidental Outfit.
Last week I had my first Stella & Dot trunk show and I took the babes to Oma’s house. I finished getting ready there but when I reached into my bag to grab my new black and faux leather trim vest that I got on the StyleRide Boutique I realized I had forgot to pack it. ¡Ay!
Sooo, I needed something quick. I felt too exposed with the fitted top and not comfortable showing off my arms. I need a blazer or something — fast! I know what my mamá owns and it’s really not my style, but I still always have a look when I’m there.

I did a quick scan of her closet and reached for her trusty black blazer. Just as I was closing the sliding door, a bit of sparkle caught my eye and I reached for a sparkly jacket hanging in the corner, and quickly tried it on. I called for her to come into the room and asked “when did you get this?” And she said it was part of her outfit for my brother’s wedding — ¡¿Qué?!
