Last Of Carlyle Crossing Apartment Buildings Starts Pre-Leasing
The third of the mixed-use development's residential buildings is preparing for move-ins as the Wegmans store opens next week.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The third and largest of the apartment buildings at Alexandria's Carlyle Crossing development near the Eisenhower Avenue Metro is now pre-leasing. The mixed-use development continues to fill residential openings as its ground-floor Wegmans store prepares to open Wednesday, May 11.
The final residential building, Dylan, has 14 stories and 430 units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. The building is located at 2455 Mandeville Lane at the end of Carlyle Crossing’s central plaza, joining sister properties Reese and The Easton. Pre-leasing for Dylan will kick off move-ins starting in early May.
"Carlyle Crossing is a vibrant, one-of-a-kind community that will feature not only a wide range of public spaces, shops and dining, including an 81,000 square-foot Wegmans, but a place to call home with an incredible amount of residential options between Easton, Reese and now Dylan," said Doug Firstenberg, Principal at Carlyle Crossing's developer Stonebridge. "As the final residence to deliver, the start of pre-leasing at Dylan marks an important milestone as the building is distinguished by not only its size and enviable amenity suite of over 34,000 square feet but by its presence as the neighborhood's residential anchor and welcoming entrance."

"As the cornerstone of Carlyle Crossing, luxe and tailored features were at the forefront of the designs for this building with the goal of making residents feel at home," said Bozzuto Senior Vice President Jo Gavigan in a statement. "We know that residents at Dylan will find all of the best Carlyle Crossing has to offer through the vast amenities suite and unique connectivity."
Residents of Dylan will have access to community amenities as well. The lobby includes concierge service and leads to a mezzanine lounge with two conference rooms and work-from-home spaces. The terrace level features a lounge with a hospitality coffee bar and dog spa with washing and grooming stations.
Another amenity highlight is Dylan's rooftop pool with a sun shelf and clubhouse overlooking Alexandria and the George Washington Masonic Temple. The rooftop offers cabanas with grilling stations and private dining areas and a 130-inch high-definition video wall. Indoors, residents can enjoy a rooftop lounge, co-working space, gaming area and entertainment kitchen. Near the rooftop lounge, residents will find the fitness center with a multiuse studio for yoga and other activities and a cardio zone with HIIT and functional training equipment.
Outside, Dylan shares a three-acre elevated terrace in the center of the development. The private elevated terrace has two dog parks, playground and an outdoor patio space called The Pergola. Residents are steps away from a 20,000 square-foot plaza and future retail offerings. Anchoring the development is the 81,000-square-foot Wegmans grocery store.

Collectively, Carlyle Crossing is a 1.7 million-square-foot development with 741 residential units and 1,500 parking spaces. The development is close to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro and employers like the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, National Science Foundation and federal courthouse.
As the Wegmans store opens May 11, Carlyle Crossing will hold an open house to showcase its residential offerings. The open house will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering tours of residences, light refreshments and a chance to win prizes.
