Lenten Choral Evensong & Prelude

St. Paul’s Prelude and Evensong for Lent will be held Sunday, February 22 at 7 p.m. A prelude of medieval, renaissance and baroque works for string instruments will be performed by internationally recognized musician and co-founder of the distinguished early music ensemble Hesperus, Tina Chancey. Evensong follows at 7:30 p.m. with St. Paul’s Choir, directed by Grant Hellmers, singing music by the great 17th century English composer, Henry Purcell. A reception will follow.
