Meeting, Open House Set for Old Town North Small Area Plan
All meetings of the Advisory Group are open to the public.

On Monday, Nov. 9, 7 – 9 p.m., the Old Town North Small Area Plan (OTN SAP) Advisory Group will hold its second meeting at City Hall, 301 King Street, in Room 2410 (City Council Workroom).
Meeting topics will include: (1)discussion of the OTN SAP Draft Project Brief which is a summary of existing conditions, plans and policies which apply to the neighborhood; and (2) discussion of the OTN SAP Draft Project Assessment which is a list of possible subject areas, such as land use, transportation and housing, to address as part of the OTN SAP Update. All meetings of the Advisory Group are open to the public.
On Thursday, Nov. 12, 7 – 9 p.m., the OTN Advisory Group will host a Community Open House, at 44 Canal Center Plaza, 4th Floor.

The evening will include: (1) exhibit tables of recently completed or pending development projects in the OTN SAP planning area as well as of Historic Old Town North sites; and (2) an overview of the upcoming public Charrette process that will be held later in November to help develop a vision, principles and objectives for the OTN SAP Update. The public is invited to the Community Open House and more information regarding the Charrette will be available shortly through the City.
